Free Stuff Friday - Autographed books for everyone

Just got done talking with Scott and Earl of The Dive Morning Show, the awesome talk show held every morning by The Edge 88.5 FM. We talked about The Edge of Legend and its story, obviously, and about lots of other things, including how we ended up publishing it.
On the show we offered a great deal to everyone. Well, great if you care about having your copy of The Edge of Legend signed by me and Ant Atkinson.
Here's the deal:
Everyone who orders a copy today through EdgeOfLegend.com gets it signed by me.
One of those orders will be completely refunded. We'll write the names down, drop 'em in a hat or something, and pick one. You'll get the book free, and we'll ship it to you for free.
Another one of those orders will be signed not only by me, but by Ant Atkinson himself.
So head over to EdgeOfLegend.com and order now!
Other notes:
Don't forget about the book signing tomorrow. I'll be hanging out at RBR Books in Leland, NC, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. They are located at 511 Olde Waterford Way, Suite 102, in Leland. I'll be signing books you buy--hence the term "book signing"--but if you have questions about the book or Ant or anything else, feel free to ask. I like meeting people, so come on out! Clif, the RBR owner, is a great guy, and it's a great bookstore. Click here for more details.
My brother, Kramer Sneed, a lefthanded pitcher in the New York Yankees' farm system, celebrated his 22nd birthday yesterday by spending all day on the baseball field. I don't feel bad for him though. You get a paycheck for playing baseball, you don't get to complain for at least five years. He's in year one. Happy birthday, bro. Proud of you.
BS.com readers, you'll soon be getting an exclusive look at life for a minor league baseball player. When he gets back from training camp, we're going to sit down and talk and he's going to tell me all about it so I can tell you all about it. And maybe we'll have some autographed giveaways. Autographed by him, not me. As the kids say these days....woot!
They're not paying me to say this, but I'm saying it anyway: Donate to The Edge 88.5 FM. They are completely user-supported, and they are awesome dudes over there. For real. They're crazy, but they know it, and besides, they have great hearts and want nothing for but the best for their listeners. They love people. Give 'em some love back. Word.
That's it for today. In the next few days, be on the lookout around here for the second entry in The Awesome People Series, a post about the incredible humbling that sometimes comes as a freelance writer, and an all-new entry in The Lighthouse Project .
