Go [small] home

Jay Schafer lives in an 89-square foot house, which he's named "Tumbleweed." He pays less than $100 in utilities every year. He's made a business out of building similar homes for others. 

He's gone from grocery store clerk to successful entrepreneur. 

A nice, refreshing look at the opposite end of the spectrum than what we in America seem trained to pursue:
