How I'm so not like Jesus (shameless self promotion)

Jesus healed people of leprosy and gave blind men sight and even raised people from the dead....and then said, "Don't tell anybody."

If I raised someone from the dead, you darn well better believe I'd be blogging and tweeting the crap out of it. 

Likewise, I'm bringing to life a story from years past, a beautiful one about a boy and a dream and the demons he faced and the God he met on his way there. It's all in The Edge of Legend: An Incredible Story of Faith and Basketball From the Life of Harlem Globetrotter Anthony "Ant" Atkinson, a 100 percent true story told in narrative journalistic form that is, in the words of one reviewer, "One of those books that should be passed down from generation to generation."

You'll be hearing a lot about around here in the coming months. Of course, I'll continue to write about other people, because that is kinda my thing and besides, I still find other people more interesting. But my life goal is to make a living off writing those stories, and this book is one of my first huge investments toward that goal. So help a brother out, won't'cha?
