Two Years

Two years ago today I stood barefoot on a beach and vowed before God and family and friends to forever love Katie Holloman, the girl I'd known since age 10, the girl who'd become my best friend. 

And I'm still trying to figure out exactly how I got the world's best girl to fallin love with me. Because if I figure that out, I'll be able to write a book about it that'll sell a million bajillion copies, and then I can give that girl all we dream of having and we can do all we dream of doing. 

But until then, I'm just stupidly happy to have her. And really we don't need a million bajillion dollars, because we've already got each other, and having her has made my life a million bajillion times better. 

So thanks for sticking with me, Katie. It's a weird and whacky world we're growing up into, and I'm just glad I've got you here beside me along the way. Love you.
